Question 1

How much of my donation reaches programmes?

Accepted Answer

91 cents of every dollar, verified by independent audit. 6% covers administration and 3% fundraising. Our full spend breakdown is published quarterly.

Question 2

Is Innocent Lives Aid Foundation a registered organisation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are registered as a non-governmental organisation (NGO/RC 118427) and file annual audited accounts.

Question 3

Can I choose which programme my gift supports?

Accepted Answer

Yes — select a programme when you give. Unrestricted gifts are the most useful, because they let us move quickly during emergencies.

Question 4

Do you accept in-kind donations?

Accepted Answer

We accept school supplies, medical consumables and shelter materials that match a live procurement list. Please contact us before shipping anything.

Question 5

How do you choose which communities to work in?

Accepted Answer

We use state vulnerability data, then require an invitation and a stewardship agreement from the community itself. We do not start work where we are not wanted.

Question 6

Can I volunteer if I live abroad?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Remote roles include grant research, translation, data analysis and design. Field placements require a minimum six-week commitment.
